We offer standard building sizes up to 40’ wide and unlimited length, with completely customizable designs. Our timbers come rough sawn or planed in Maine native pine, spruce or hemlock directly off our own sawmill, where we have complete quality control. With our design software producing architectural drawings, you’ll see where every beam fits into place before construction begins. Once a plan has been finalized, we begin processing the order. We pre-cut and drill the timbers to fit with their corresponding pieces. With every kit we include all the necessary hardware for fastening everything together. They are joined in an overlay fashion and braced to ensure the structure is stable and sound. Along with all the building materials and hardware, we include blueprints and an assembly portfolio to ensure the frame is erected quickly and efficiently. And of course, we’ll be there to answer any questions throughout the whole building process, that’s our guarantee to you!

Super Insulated Panels (SIP’s)

Create floor plans and view multiple 3-dimensional perspectives of your building project with our help and expertise. You’ll see what your building is going to look like and have visual tools to help the construction process run smoothly.

Our Super Insulated Panels (SIP’s) are highly efficient and easy to apply to your timber frame structure. We use polyisocyanurate insulation, rated at R-7 per inch of panel thickness. That’s 50% more efficient than conventional stick built homes. Building with panels reduces construction time and jobsite waste. So not only are SIP’s going to save you money in energy costs, but in construction costs as well. The SIP’s are processed at our shop, where we prepare them for delivery. We use industrial strength adhesive to laminate the insulation to various substrates, in curtain wall or structural panel forms. Panels come cut to fit and with designated wire chases and cut-outs. We supply all fastening material and sealant material with every panel job. A panel schedule is provided to follow, simplifying the application process. Whether you’re a Do-It-Yourself builder or you’ve hired a contractor, the process is simple and fast! So how’s that for a change, building green and saving money!

We offer additional building materials to complete your timber frame structure. Most of our kits include wood sheathing of white pine, spruce or cedar. However, we have access to any building materials to complete your customized kit at wholesale pricing. From drywall to flooring, to windows and doors. We only offer quality products at the best possible price, or not at all. We have high standards for our own products, so we expect nothing less from our wholesalers. That’s our assurance to you!

White Pine:

· Natural, clear-coated, painted or stained.

Cedar & Spruce:
