We produce complete timber frame building kits that are designed to use a more modern method of construction. We use a hardware fastening system in an attractive style. Our kits come ready to assemble and take only a matter of days to complete, saving thousands in construction costs.

Our insulated panels go hand and hand with our timber frame building kits, continuing our efficient construction methods as well as offering the highest R-value insulation on the market, again saving in construction costs and producing an energy efficient home.

Our kits are custom designed for your specific needs. With our architectural design program we create detailed 3-D designs of your building project, blueprints and assembly diagrams for the construction process.

Our kits are designed to be efficient to construct and available for those Do-It-Yourself builders utilizing their sweat equity, but that’s not for everyone. We offer construction services with our in-state kits as well as a commitment to work with you or a contractor you’ve hired throughout your whole building process.

We manufacture our own materials for our timber frame kits and insulated panels at our mill in Thorndike, ME. We can produce special orders for all sorts of building materials from flooring, interior and exterior sheathing, dimensional lumber...We also offer hybrid packages. Sometimes a building project calls for just timber frame rafters, or structural wall panels...like we’ve said, it’s all custom!
